If something went wrong — start with these phrases
Short from what the bot already can do. No invented hotline.
There is no three-operator hotline. There is the chat you already write in.
Start
Open Telegram, find @galkkabot, tap Start. You do not need a separate app.
Fix an entry
While “Record it?” is up — decline and write again. After it is saved: cancel makes a reversal, edit makes a correction. Lines are not erased from the ledger with a rubber.
Wipe this chat’s data
Write “forget me”. Galka warns. Only after a separate yes are this chat’s journal and settings wiped. A trial subscription is not wiped. “No” leaves everything in place.
Language
Speak the chat’s language. Published site: Russian, English, Español, кыргызча, Azərbaycan, Тоҷикӣ, हिन्दी. The bot replies in a language it already knows for this chat.
Currency
Write the purchase currency in words or code. The accounting treasury can be different. The rate is taken at write time, not as a market forecast.
Group
Add the bot to a chat, choose family or friends. Family — nest. Friends — trip tab. Call-out or a clear spend, or it stays silent.
Report an error
In the same @galkkabot chat: what you wrote, what it replied, what you expected. We do not publish screens from other people’s chats.
Support contact
Confirmed channel — Telegram bot @galkkabot. There is no public email, phone, or 15-minute reply promise on the site.
Limits
- No support phone and no promise of a reply in 15 minutes.
