One spend by voice
“Hey, I got coffee today — one hundred twenty baht” is a queue at the till, not a lab phrase. Galka shows the transcript and a draft line. If the number is wrong, type the right sentence while the journal is still empty.
Several spends in one note
You can list purchases in a row. Coffee and a taxi in one circle become two lines after you say yes. You do not have to send a separate note for every espresso.
Amount, currency and pocket
The number and the currency must be audible. “From the card” or “cash” lands in the draft if you said it. Without an amount a voice note is not an entry — same as text without money.
Fillers and free word order
“Uh”, pauses and “what’s it called” do not have to break the parse if amount and currency are there. Currency-then-amount or amount-then-currency is the same meaning.
You see the transcript first
You see the text Telegram returned and the line parse. This is not a hidden autopilot: a messy note is better retyped at once.
If she heard the wrong thing
Until you confirm, the nest is untouched. Type the right amount. After a save, cancel is a reversal and a fix is a correction. There is no accuracy percentage on the site: we do not promise to guess someone else’s noise.
Ambiguous audio
Noise, a cut-off, no digits — Galka will not invent an amount into the journal. Retype it or send a clearer note.
Network
The note goes through Telegram. Without a network it never reaches the bot. Galka has no offline ledger on the phone.

Noise, a rushed whisper, a line with no amount. Then type it or correct the parse.

No. After the transcript a voice note takes the same parse as a typed line.

Yes, if the transcript shows separate amounts. Each becomes its own line after you confirm.
