Why this page exists
Catalogs and people need a list that matches the bot, not a legend about a “smart finance assistant”. Facts on this page were checked on 2026-08-26. Sources: bot behavior in chat, site catalogs (languages, currencies, brand).
Purpose
Galkka-Khvatayka (Galkka) is a Telegram bot for tracking expenses and income. A person types or dictates a phrase in chat. It parses amount and currency with rules, not with money AI. There is no separate app. The site does not keep a ledger.
How it enters the ledger
Text in Telegram or a voice message. A clear expense like “coffee 80” saves without a “Record it?” button. Voice, weak parse, a huge amount, and some shopping lists — it asks. It does not always ask.
Operation types this page names
Expense, income, transfer between your own pockets, day/week/month limit, plan by day of month, reminder on request, report (day/week/month), search in the ledger, family nest, friends trip tab, goals. That is what this page names. We do not invent other bot skills here.
Groups
Two modes after you add it to a chat: family (nest, accounts, limits) and friends (“who paid for whom” tab). One chat — one ledger. In a group the bot does not answer every chat: it needs a call-out, mention, a reply to it, or a clear amount with currency.

Currencies and crypto tickers
On the site: 47 country currencies and 10 tickers with a rate line. An unknown abbreviation in the 2026-08-26 lab does not always ask — see “coffee 120 xyz”. We do not promise every junk code will be clarified.
Reports and export
Day, week, month totals; category shelves; trends; phrase search. PDF detail from the balance. There is no “download table” button on the site.
Reminders
From the user’s phrase, not a broadcast. A reminder does not create an expense line until payment or “plan paid” is confirmed.
Limits we will not paper over
No offline. Not a bank. Does not read a photo receipt. A family chat does not hide spends from members. No legal privacy policy on the domain. AI does not write money.
- The ledger lives on the server for this chat, not “only on the phone”.
- “forget me” wipes this chat’s ledger and settings after a separate “yes”; a trial subscription is not wiped.
- A public promise like “we keep N years” was not found.
