About this policy
This is the Galkka Privacy Policy for @galkkabot and galkka.app. Version v1, in force from 2026-09-07. It says what the ledger needs, why we take it, and how you delete it.
Operator
Galkka is run by the Galkka team. Email for requests, deletion, and clarifications: [email protected]. There is no separate support chat. Telegram messages follow Telegram’s own policy.
What we process
In the bot we process what this chat’s journal needs. The site does not keep a ledger.

Why
To answer in this chat and keep the journal you asked for. We do not sell the journal to ad networks. AI does not write money lines.
Consent
We start this chat’s journal only after Accept in the bot, in the language you picked. You can read the site without that step. If you decline, we do not keep a journal here.
Who else is involved
Some data passes through contractors so the service can run. That is not selling the journal.

Retention and deletion
The journal stays while you use the bot in this chat. In chat: “forget me” → warning → a separate confirm. This chat’s journal and settings reset. Write [email protected]. Cancelling a subscription does not wipe the journal by itself.
Your rights
You can ask what we store for this chat, delete the journal, withhold consent, and fix lines in the bot. Write to [email protected].
Site and cookies
The site does not keep a ledger. The browser may keep a small referral mark so the bot opens with the same context. If visit counters are on, they count page opens, not your spends.
Family and groups
Anyone in the chat who can call Galka sees replies about this journal. Family mode is not a secret stash. A group admin can remove the bot.
Age
The service is for adults. If you are under 18, do not send financial data to the bot.

- Server backup retention in days is not listed on the site.
