Why
People already sit in Telegram and still lose spends in notes and spreadsheets. Galkka should take the phrase where the talk is, and not write a guess as fact when the meaning is murky.
Which gap it closes
Not “innovative finance control”. Concretely: not filling a form for every coffee; not installing a second app on a trip; not mixing the family treasury with the friends tab.
Who answers
The owner’s public personal name is not set on the site. So here, honestly: the Galkka team. Complaints about page facts go to them, not to an anonymous “content desk”.
How features are checked
Phrase parsing and ledger writes are checked with chat scenarios. The site is rebuilt after edits. Research pages lean on lab examples or on what the bot already answers, not on a copywriter’s mood.
How to report an error
Write to the bot @galkkabot what is wrong: the phrase, what it showed, what it should have been. There is no public email on the site — we do not invent one.
How site materials are corrected
Error in an example: we fix the text, set dateModified, write a “Corrections” line. Teaching rates are marked as teaching. Live user messages are not published without permission.
Why confirmation is product, not politeness
The ledger is immutable: cancel is a reversal, not an eraser. Better to ask on a weak parse and on voice than to fix the treasury with a fairy tale. At the same time a clear “coffee 80” saves without a button — so the person still reads the reply.
Limits
- No founder biography, no office photo, no invented awards.
